Ask the Members™
Quality Assurance Program

Ask the Members™ is an online tool to test member satisfaction with special events and ongoing programs of dining, golf, tennis, etc.  Immediately after you host a club event (4th of July, Member/Guest, Mother's Day, etc.) all members would be encouraged to go to the club's website and answer the Ask the Members™ questionnaire for that event.  It is brief and tests how satisfied members were with the event, so improvements can be made for next year.
 
Our program will provide results to you within 2 weeks.
 
By getting immediate feedback and properly using the valuable information gathered, each club is able to improve its value for cost benefits.  Our Ask the Members™ Program is all about creating very satisfied members. This results in retaining existing members and attracting new members.
