Paul Boughton, PhD - Data Consultant

Dr. Boughton is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing, Emeritus at the John Cook School of Business, Saint Louis University. He possesses a BS Degree in Mathematics from Kansas State University and an MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. Dr. Boughton joined the faculty at the Business School in 1983, after nearly 20 years of corporate experience in marketing. His areas of expertise include market research, strategic market planning and organizational buying behavior. In addition to teaching, he has served as the Director of Graduate and Professional Programs for the Business School and Chairman of the Department of Marketing. Dr. Boughton has published in a number of journals and has presented a variety of papers at conferences around the United States. He a member of the American Marketing Association and the Alpha Mu Alpha Marketing Honor Society. He has served in a number of positions on the board of directors for the St. Louis Chapter of the American Marketing Association, including that of President. Dr. Boughton has served as a marketing research consultant for a number of firms and organizations. He is a co-author of McMahon's Club Trends™ quarterly research publication which provides in-depth analysis on the major issues affecting the private club industry.
